Softbank feels the need for speed

Softbank CEO Masayoshi Son said "It's crucial that people can use their smartphones more smoothly and comfortably through fast communications networks," and showed willingness to utilize 4G network.

But I'd rather feel the necessity to facilitate free Wi-Fi hotspots, than to expand speedy connections for smartphones with 4G.
