After coming back home, I ran about 5km as usual.
Recently, I've realized that it's better for me to keep a moderate pace not straining my legs, rather than to persist in breaking the past records.
Since it has become a nice season for running, I'm thinking to expand the distance.

Last week, I found my personal health record book while I was cleaning up drawer cases.
Now the system has been computerized, I thought I didn't need it.
So, I logged it to Evernote and then disposed it.

Here's the record.

I thought I lost weight after I became a graduate student(not because of hard working, but refraining from eating and drinking too much).
However, it was not the case.

I lost not only fat but also muscle, compared to my high school days.
